Property managers · Developers · GCs

For property managers, developers and general contractors who need the exterior fixed — properly, on an occupied property.

Repeat purchase orders from a regional hospital and a downtown developer say more than a brochure can. Here is the work we do for commercial owners and the way we do it.

Working with general contractors and construction managers

  • Certificates of insurance with your additional insureds, primary/non-contributory wording and waivers of subrogation within one business day; we work inside GC compliance portals (Procore, Record Hub and similar).
  • Monthly requisitions through Procore or your own AP process; purchase-order-based scopes welcome.
  • Field-matched colors and finish samples approved before production work.
  • Pipe scaffold set by our own crew, lifts arranged as the job requires — access is planned with the proposal, not after it.
  • Written notice, with photos, the same day we uncover a condition outside the contract.
