After: brick retaining wall pressure-washed and efflorescence removed, July 2026

Scope

Three full sidewalk panel replacements and seven interim patch repairs on the hospital campus; pressure washing and efflorescence removal on brick retaining walls; trip-hazard grinding on the Rosa Road sidewalk. A further purchase order for site-wall washing and coping-stone reset follows in fall 2026.

Challenge
Pedestrian routes to an emergency department that cannot close, and a patch-versus-replace decision on every location.
Solution
Locations marked and photographed with the facilities manager, replacements where the subgrade had failed, honest 'temporary repair — no warranty' language on the patches, and short closures with covered walkways.
Result
Sidewalk and retaining-wall purchase orders complete and invoiced with completion photos, summer 2026.
