Troy, NY

Masonry and exterior restoration for Troy's brick buildings.

Troy's housing stock is nineteenth-century brick, and most of what it needs is masonry: rebuilds, repointing, lintels, parapets and the flashing that keeps water out. We rebuilt the north elevation of 332 Ninth Street for the Troy Community Land Bank in 2026 and price the Land Bank's residential repair scopes as they come out.

  • Land banks, housing authorities and city programs: we work to the scope sheet, photograph every stage and keep certified payroll where the funding requires it.
  • Concrete stoops, steps, sidewalks and ADA railings for row houses and multi-family buildings, including code-violation repairs with a deadline.
  • Exterior painting and coatings, roofing, siding and flashing repairs, and full exterior renovations for investors bringing a building back into service.
