Scope

Preparation and coating of mechanical-room floors around fire-pump and boiler-plant equipment: grinding, crack repair, epoxy floor system and yellow safety striping at equipment bases and walkways.

Challenge

Equipment that cannot be shut down, piping at floor level and overnight cure windows.

Solution

Rooms sequenced with the plant operators, edges hand-cut around equipment and fast-cure products where the schedule required.

Result

Rooms returned to service on schedule with a cleanable, striped floor.
