What we do in Schenectady

  • Hospital and healthcare campuses: phased, off-hours work around live equipment and patient traffic — three separate contracts for Ellis Medicine in 2026.
  • Downtown storefronts and mixed-use buildings: EIFS and stucco, parapet and balcony restoration, sidewalk and stair repairs, all self-performed with our own scaffold.
  • Polished concrete and epoxy floors for warehouses, self-storage and plant rooms — we ground and polished the corridors of the CubeSmart conversion at 450 Duane Avenue.
  • City of Schenectady and Schenectady County bids: registered public-work contractor, prevailing wage and certified payroll, apprenticeship signatory.
