Agencies & GCs

Built for SUNY campuses, state agencies, municipalities, school districts and housing authorities.

We are a small, self-performing contractor that takes public work seriously: bid bonds and performance bonds, certified payroll, submittals, safety plans and closeout — on single-trade contracts and small-to-mid-size general construction across the Capital Region and at SUNY campuses statewide.

What working with us looks like

  1. Before awardWe attend the pre-bid, read the whole spec, ask our questions in writing, and bid with a bond. If the project needs an engineer's detail we say so.
  2. Contract & approvalsWe know the OGS/SUNY/OSC approval sequence, the UF-2 / payment-application forms, and how long they take — and we don't order material until the contract is executed.
  3. Submittals & safetyProduct data, color samples, SDS packets, site-specific safety plan and prevailing-wage postings go in before mobilization.
  4. On siteOccupied buildings and campuses are the rule: pedestrian protection, phasing around events and shutdown windows, evening shifts where required, daily photo logs.
  5. Payroll & closeoutCertified payroll through the NYSDOL portal, apprenticeship documentation, punch list walked with the project representative, warranty letters and lien releases with the final requisition.
