Schenectady Mechanical Rooms

This project involved the full renovation of a commercial building basement in Schenactedy. Our scope of work included thorough cleaning, surface preparation, and complete repainting of the space. We also installed a durable epoxy floor paint system, improving both the appearance and long-term performance of the floor.

The result is a clean, bright, and highly functional basement area suitable for commercial use.
