Commercial EIFS & Facade Installation

Long Island City New Construction – Commercial EIFS & Facade Installation

This project consisted of a full exterior façade installation for a large new construction commercial building in Long Island City, New York. Our team executed all work at height using a combination of suspended scaffolding and pipe scaffolding systems, including the design, installation, and management of our own access solutions to ensure safety, efficiency, and full project control.

Scope of work included the complete installation of a high-performance exterior wall system. We installed advanced waterproofing and air barrier systems, continuous exterior insulation, reinforced base coat, and premium finish coat. To maximize energy efficiency, we utilized GPS (Graphite Polystyrene) insulation, significantly increasing the building’s R-value and improving long-term thermal performance.

The entire façade assembly was completed using the STO EIFS system, installed in full compliance with manufacturer specifications and backed by a system warranty. This ensures superior durability, moisture protection, crack resistance, and a modern architectural finish.

Our team self-performed critical scopes including EIFS installation, stucco systems, exterior insulation, waterproofing, and scaffolding. This project highlights our capabilities as a commercial EIFS contractor in NYC, delivering turnkey building envelope solutions for new construction projects.
